I got this recipe from here under the candy section. (you can get the recipe from her site or I will post it in my comments with a few tips) Judging by this and my Peanut Butter and Banana Stuffed French Toast it would seem I am on a peanut butter kick as of late.. (I personally can't get enough of the PB)
Okay, let's get started...
very rich and very tasty
Enjoy!

(RECIPE)
-1 stick unsalted butter
-2 c. peanut butter (one cup creamy, one cup crunchy)
-1 lbs. powdered sugar
-2 c. rice krispies (mine were called rice crisps) crushed
-12 oz choc. chips (she said she used more, but I had some left over)
-tiny bit of shortening (to make it melt better and look shiny)
Combine everything together except choc. chips and shortening. (MIX WELL)
roll into balls (mine were pretty big, and when we went to eat them they were pretty rich so I would reccommend making them on the smaller side so it's not too much)
put balls in freezer to harden and make it easier to dip in chocolate
to melt chocolate, put chips and shortening in a heat safe bowl and melt it over boiling water.
after chocolate is melted take off burner but keep over water to keep the chocolate easy to handle (can be hot so be careful)
dip balls into chocolate
Okay, so I put them back into the freezer because when I think Bon Bon's I think frozen. But I would make sure the chocolate isn't touching since mine did and was super hard to cut apart.
i left some in the freezer and put some in the fridge so they would be crunchy but not frozen. I think it's your personal preference.
Bob and I really liked them, the rest are going to Dallas for a thank you. (Oh, and a couple for Eric per his request.) So I will have to see how much everyone likes them to see if I will make them again.
Oh and I wished I would have thought to drizzle white chocolate on the top to make them even prettier.
So there you have it. Sorry so long, I just like to have explicit instructions when I cook
these were SUPER FUN to make!

Those look so, so good. I will definitely have to make those!
