Thanks Bonnie!

Bonnie made me this little homemade goodie and I have been instructed to post about it. (as a part of this post) It's a cute little round box that has been personalized just for me. I think I will put all of my secret treasures in it that I don't want Bob to find. :) Thanks Bon!

Lil' Poopsie

Meet Poopsie. This is the trainer baby Bob and I gave Gavin and Jessica when they told us they were preggo. Poopsie is a unisex baby (until they find out what they are having) that poops sugar. He/She enjoys being held and taken everywhere with His/Her parents. I am sure that Poopsie is very happy with his/her new parents... and that they aren't being neglectful at all (ahem Gavin) We wouldn't want sweet lil' Poopsie to be dropped off of any high spots, set on fire, or used for baking purposes. If that were to happen we might have to call the SCPA (sugar/child/protective/agency)

Congrats!

So I realized that I never congratulated my friends Alana and Deb Deb via blog world about their pregnancy! They are going to have a lil' baby girl. Who (if you have seen her parents you know) will be a knockout.

wrapping paper: Ikea
present: surprise for Alana, Deb Deb and the babe (but from a darling lil' kids shop in Sugar House to be disclosed at a later date)

Happy Friday!

This morning I dragged myself out of bed. I could hardly open my eyes. Went to work and sat there willing myself to wake up when Gavin comes walking through the door with a Happy Friday treat for me!

It seems him and the missus' went to breakfast at Gourmandise Bakery and bought me this awesome treat. I am eating this now, and let me tell you. FANTASTIC! Thank you guys so much for my awesome morning treat surprise! Such a thoughtful thing to do. (am blessed with amazing friends)

The funny thing is Gavin was coming off a graveyard shift and hadn't slept, and I was the one that looked like I needed 8 hours o' sleep (A morning person I am not, a sweets fiend? You bet.)

Fun Surprise!

Just got a package in the mail from my darling mother-in-law Susan. She lives in Washington and is always sending the most thoughtful packages and cards to Bob and me. She is so great to remember every holiday and occasion. (I am not so good at this!) This is what was in the package.

She knows me too well, not only is it polka dotted (polka dot pen included), but it's stationary. I love writing lists and this is perfect! She hit the nail right on the head with this one. I can't get enough of organizing or dots! Thank you Susan! I love getting fun surprises like this! (and look at the darling card!)

Lovely Stanna

Yesterday I got a fun surprise. One of the photographers that comes in to my work brought me these beautiful tulips. So nice, especially after this week filled with death, chaos, and the great comment of "Oh when is your baby due?" She even wrapped a bow around them that she said reminded her of me. (polka dots of course)

Her name is Stanna Coury, and she is not only a great friend of mine, she is also an amazing photographer. My favorites are her pregnancy photos and babies. (She is the only photographer I would trust to do my preggo pictures!) This is one of her darling babes she gets to photograph.
