Oohh! Pretty. I want some! It looks like something Scott would love. I'll have to make them for him.
I would love, love, to photograph you in your wedding dress. That would be so much fun. It isn't weird at all. I hate my bridals and often thought of redoing mine, but then I would want to redo the dress and it just gets complicated!
Oh my gosh Caity! You had me drooling at my desk! I forgot about your amazing brownies because it's been so long since I've had one, but when I saw the pictures the memories came flooding back! Remember how we all used to meet at Brennie's apt at the Falls? Oh those were good times! Thanks for sharing the recipe, I'm going to make some for Pauly. He loves peanut butter! In response to your last question on my blog... We will be in Utah next late March or early April. My sister is coming home from her mission and Pauly and I are going to be sealed in the Manti Temple! Yay! Hopefully we will also be moving back to Utah in the next 18 to 24 months! I can not wait! We have loved being close to his family but that is the only good thing about living here. The job market sucks, the city sucks, the weather sucks. Blah! I can not wait to be back in Utah! I hope you are feeling better! luvs!
FYI, Reese made your Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies for our family Memorial Day BBQ yesterday and they were AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Yum! I am excited for the recipes.
Mini Oreo Cheesecakes:
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (one at a time)
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 t. vanilla
1 package oreos
Beat for several minutes until well blended.
Line cupcake pan with foil lined cupcake papers
Place an oreo in the bottom of each.
Fill with cream cheese mixture 2/3 full
Bake in 350 degree oven for approx 20 mins.
Once cool place peices of broken oreo on top to garnish.
(Unless you plan on feeding a ton of people I would half this recipe, I had tons left over! They would be great for a party though.)
