Childhood Celebrity Crush..

The other day I was watching one of my favorite talk shows and Christian Slater was her guest. Oh how the memories came flooding back.

Christian Slater was the guy I "crushed on" when I was younger. He was always the first celebrity I would talk about at sleep-overs. He was the coolest. His hair, his bad boy attitude, his voice. And I was obsessed with this show.

Sure I had the fleeting crushes of Jonathan Taylor Thomas.. or better known to people from my age group.. JTT. And Andrew Keegan. But Christian Slater always had my heart. This got me really interested in who every one's childhood crush was.

So please indulge me and share which celebrity's pictures you had adorned on your walls or shrieking to your friends about.

I'm older... and my eternal choice will be... Gene Tierney...

i wasn't so faithful, i must admit. i remember being totally in to judd nelson in breakfast club (i think it was), and rob lowe too. then there was james dean, of course, even though he died long before i was born - as we all know, reality never managed to stop a good ol' celebrity crush :)

Andrew Keegan, oh my!

I had a million crushes when I was younger. :) I have the worst memory in the world though (seriously, it's proven) so names are so hard for me. Do you remember Ted from Hey, Dude? I was pretty much in l o v e with him. :)

Neil Patrick Harris, AKA Doogie Howser, M.D.

I still think he's cute.

Michael Jackson in the yellow vest. I had to hang it on the side of my door that Granddaddy couldn't see because he would rip it down if he did. I also had George Michaels wearing a black blazer! Wow...did I just date myself in to the 80's!

I was so cliche! JTT, Andrew Keegan as well. I think it probably changed every week! Oh, but I have to agree with Christian Bale, ala Newsies. I still love to watch that movie!

Ok, I seriously did LOVE JTT!!! Was there anyone else that was so cute with such a cool shortened version of his own name?

Also, Justin Timberlake when I was in like 5th-7th grade. Funny how he is much more attractive now than he was back then. But me and me friends all hearted him. JTT and JT.

My biggest crush was Jacob Dylan from the Wallflowers. Sick. He is so strung out, but I wanted him like you wouldn't believe!
