Saturday Bonnie chose our hike. She picked the City Creek trail. It was paved so everyone who had kids could bring their strollers. It was 3 miles in, and 3 miles out. We thought we would be taking it easy this week, but let me tell you, my body was sore the next day!The trail runs along a stream the whole way. Which made for pretty scenery and a whole lot of bugs. The weather was really warm, and I even got a slight sunburn.
By the end of our hike the kids were all zonked out. And all the adults felt pretty tired too.

Okay, who let that guy hold a baby. That can't be a good idea. It was fun, I look forward to the next one and the one after that and the one after that...
i am glad i didn't agree to come seeing as how it was longer than you thought... lol. i am still so impressed that you are still actually doing stuff like hiking. you are a better woman than i. and tougher. and many other adjectives i could insert right here....
