Valentines Day in Idaho Falls

I don't know about you, but I can't think of a more romantic place to spend Valentines Day than Idaho..

Okay, okay so Idaho doesn't scream romance, but it does scream fun. At least to us. I mean what other destination can you visit a potato museum that's not exactly discreet with the enormous potato chillin' out front..

And it's always fun hanging out with these rockers..

Bob's uncle Brad and aunt Nita were nice enough to let us come hang out with them in Idaho along with Bob's cousin Celeste and her husband Tom. We started out trying to go to Italian food, but the wait was way too long, so we went and ate yummy (and authentic) Mexican food.

It's not every day you get to be serenaded by a Mexican mariachi band..

Then we went to see "He's Just Not That Into You" (to see what I thought click here) and back to Celeste and Tom's house for some guitar hero and YouTube.

We had a ton of fun, but to be honest as long as I have my Valentine, I am having fun wherever I go. Hope everyone had a great love day!

There's a potato museum!!! I did not know that! As they say in Idaho "what the heck." :)

Sorry I wasn't there to rock out with you all! Fun - fun.

Ha, I know, I love that that's where it stops! I get a little crazy at mexican restaurants, it must be all the salsa?

I can't believe that museum is still there. I totally went there in 4th grade during Idaho History Year and took a picture by that very same potato..

My mom taught elementary in Blackfoot after she got her teaching degree & loved it there!

Oh my gosh. I lived in Idaho for 2+ years and never went to that museum. I'm soooo jealous! Just so you know... you look slightly loopy at the end of the mariachi video. How many Tequilas did you have?? :)
