This week we were few in numbers, but still had a ton of fun. We went to the Temple Quarry in Little Cottonwood Canyon, and then just up the road to Lisa Falls. It was just Eric, Bonnie, Ella, and me. Well and Apollo Anton Ono. But he only biked past for a second. (And it might not have been him, but it sure looked like him.. hey he lives here, it's definitely a possibility.)

(no photo's of Mr. Ono, I couldn't get to my camera in time ;)

The Temple Quarry was really cool, it had great views, and we stumbled across interesting things along the way.

Because of the crazy weather we have been having lately. We decided to stay away from those snow filled mountains, and go to the Vita Course in Murray Park for our exercise and weekly get together.

Some of the exercises were easy, and some were hard. And then some were really hard. There was one where you had to propel yourself over a bar with both legs. Which scared me to death. Because of how clumsy I am. So I decided to skip it. Jon and Eric did a pretty good job of it though. Look at that form!
This station just seemed to be a tad dangerous. At one point Jon came close to hurting his, well himself. (Let's keep this blog PG rated.)
Then we all measured how high we could jump. And looked like idiots while doing it. But that was part of the fun.
Even Ella got in on the fun.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it fun. Next weekend I think we should do a hike. I'm just not coordinated enough for those crazy exercises!

Happy Mother's Day to two of the prettiest, nicest, most generous people we know.
